From time to time, I’ve noticed online that some people are having a hard time finding health related websites that have legit information that you could believe. Some health sites are fake ones that are only promoting 1 product to the consumer and not actually feeding you some medical/health advice. You can find quality health websites by searching online for quality web directories or niche health directories. Most of the online web directories such as the v7n directory have a category dedicated to the health industry. Some web directories are niche ones as in a health web directory with only health related sites listed.

If you are trying to find more health directories online then please use Google to search for them. Play around with the search words. Example search words: Health Care Directory, niche health directory…etc. Of course you can talk to your family doctor for health related information and help. Now if you are doing research on the health industry for a website that you are about to create, knowing where to find good health websites and web directories can make a big difference when you are going to market that site. Getting quality backlinks for your niche is a key thing these day’s. Also, sometimes looking at other health sites will give you more ideas on how to create your website. Remember to be unique and sometimes ideas do come from viewing you competitors sites.
One type of directories that I have used for personal use are Local Directories. I don’t have the yellow pages book to lookup local business but I just search for and use local directories to search for business in my area. The BOTW has a good one going that I’ve used a lot. Check out http://local.botw.org/ or search google for the term “Local web directories” or play around with those search terms.
I hope that I gave you a few bit’s of new information or a few ideas from this blog post. Speaking of health, I came down with a cold so that is why I wrote about this industry. Amazing what topic’s that you write about depending on your current mood. I hope I can get rid of this cold before this busy weekend. I don’t want to pass this cold to my niece and nephew.
