    Great article, I have had Quickbooks Pro 2012 for about a year now and I have to be hones I am just now getting around to using it. I have tried a great deal of different programs over the last few years when it comes to task/project management and I have not really found a single one that has felt like a good fit. The closest I have come to was vTiger, UpVise, and a program I think it is called Projekt from softaculous. I have just signed up for Toodledo and going ot give it a look, it may be what I have been looking for.

    I recently started testing out Packettrap.com as it does have a lot of features I have been looking for like trouble ticket system with customer portal, it also integrates with Quickbooks for billing/invoices.
