Do you fell like there is nothing left you can do and your relationship is over? You shouldn’t… because there is ALWAYS hope. However, you need to know the correct methods in trying to get him or her back or else you could make it even worse than it already is.

- Not going out because you are afraid to miss a call

- Feeling massively depressed

If that’s the case…then what are you going to do when you do get a hold of them? It usually turns ugly because without a clear plan of what you are supposed to do what happens? P-A-N-I-C…defensiveness…arguments…and then it gets really nasty and we don’t want to go there…
If your going through a difficult time in your relationship it DOESN’T mean it’s over…NO ONES relationship is perfect. Everyone has to overcome struggles.
